Karpagam Institute of Technology Welcomes First-Year Students with a Grand Orientation Programme

Coimbatore: Karpagam Institute of Technology, a renowned institution in Coimbatore, hosted an impressive orientation event, New Bie’23, today to welcome the first-year students for the academic year 2023-2024. The event took place at Sekkizhar Hall, Karpagam Academy of Higher Education, and was graced by the presence of Dr. Jayanthasri Balakrishnan as the Chief Guest.

The event NEW BIE’23, organized by the institution, aimed to introduce the new batch to the vibrant academic and cultural ecosystem that Karpagam Institute of Technology is known for. The programme was presided over by Dr.R.Vasanthakumar, Chairman and Managing trustee of Karpagam Charity trust. Dr.S.Padmanaban, Head of S&H department welcomed the gathering, followed by, the Principal of the institution, Dr. P. Manimaran, delivered the presidential address. Along with the Principal, Dr. D. Bhanu, the Vice Principal, faculty members, and students also made an appearance, all of whom were thrilled to welcome the new students. Their presence demonstrated the institution's dedication to fostering and guiding young minds.

The orientation event commenced at 10:30 am and witnessed an enthusiastic turnout of first-year students, eager to embark on their academic journey.
