Rotaract Club of Karpagam Institute of Technology Hosts 4th Installation Ceremony

The Rotaract Club of Karpagam Institute of Technology conducted its 4th Installation Ceremony on September 18, 2024. The event marked the handover of leadership to the new President and team for the Rotaract year 2024-2025.


Coimbatore: The Rotaract Club of Karpagam Institute of Technology, sponsored by the Rotary Club of Coimbatore Millennium, held its 4th Installation Ceremony titled "Throne" on September 18, 2024. The event marked the official handover of leadership to the new President and team of office bearers for the Rotaract year 2024-2025.



The ceremony, attended by prominent Rotary members, special invitees, faculty, and students, began with the dignitaries being escorted to the stage.



The outgoing Rotaract President summarized the previous year's achievements and thanked the Rotaract members and the Rotary Club of Coimbatore Millennium for their support.

Rtr. Pavithra was installed as the new President of the Rotaract Club of Karpagam Institute of Technology, along with her team of office bearers. In her acceptance speech, Rtr. Pavithra expressed her enthusiasm for the upcoming year and outlined her vision and goals for the club.



Chief Guest Rtn. PHF CA. E. Sunil emphasized the importance of leadership, community service, and Rotary values. He appreciated the outgoing team's efforts and encouraged the new team to take on bigger challenges. Rtn. PHF R. Hendry Amalaraj spoke about the Rotary International motto of "Service Above" and its reflection in the Rotaract Club's activities.

Dr. P. Manimaran, Principal of Karpagam Institute of Technology, commended the Rotaract Club for its contributions to the institution and community. He encouraged students to continue participating in such activities to develop leadership and communication skills.



The event concluded with a vote of thanks, followed by networking and refreshments. With the newly installed President Rtr. Pavithra and her team, the Rotaract Club is poised for another year of impactful projects and initiatives benefiting both the campus and the wider community.
