Notice to BJP leader Annamalai by Min. Udhayanidhi Stalin's lawyer demands unconditional apology within 48 hours

Udhayanidhi Stalin's lawyer has sent a notice to BJP State President Annamalai for publishing the list of assets of DMK ministers as well as levelling defamatory and untrue allegations against Udhayanidhi Stalin.


Chennai: Advocate Wilson on behalf of Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin has issued a notice to the BJP State President Annamalai.

Last week, Tamil Nadu BJP President Annamalai had released a list of assets of the DMK. The DMK Organising Secretary, R S Bharathi has issued a notice to the BJP party for allegedly making derogatory remarks against the party and demanded a compensation of Rs. 50 crore. Annamalai has responded to the notice saying that he was ready to face this, as per the law.

Senior DMK advocate Wilson, appearing for Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin stated in the notice issued to the BJP leader Annamalai, "He has made defamatory and untrue allegations against Udhayanidhi Stalin and he has to tender an unconditional apology within 48 hours. Otherwise, a case will be filed seeking an order to pay a compensation of Rs. 50 crore."
