They are role models and a source of inspiration for several students and their fellow colleagues in the respective educational institutions that they serve. Several principals who are currently managing educational institutions gathered under one roof for the two-day 18th All India College Principals (AICP) conference that was recently hosted at Sri Krishna Arts and Science College, Coimbatore. It may be recalled that at this conference 23 resolutions were drafted and the same will be presented to the respective minister at the centre. After the various brain-storming sessions and debates, the participants of this prestigious conference were in for a sheer surprise.
Following this conference, the host college had planned three days of fun, laughter, bonding, networking and entertainment for all the participants. This was a perfect opportunity for the over 300 participants to chill and unwind and all three days were packed with activity of different kind.

On day one, the students of the various departments of the Sri Krishna Arts and Science College presented various cultural programmes before the audience. A few of the members of the audience too joined the students and this happened rather spontaneously. This programme was hosted at the open air theatre of this college.

The following day, a gala dinner was hosted by this college at Vivanta by Taj Surya Coimbatore. This gave an opportunity for the participants to discuss informal topics related to the education sector among other things. The third day, the management of Sri Krishna Arts and Science College took the participants (principals of the various colleges) on a fun trip to Ooty and the group thoroughly enjoyed the picnic.
