Public Grievances Day meeting to be held at Coimbatore Corporation office on May 23

CCMC Commissioner M Prathap announces that a Public Grievances Day meeting will be held at the Corporation's main office on May 23 under the chairmanship of Mayor Kalpana Anandakumar.


Coimbatore: A public grievances redressal meeting will be held at the Coimbatore Corporation office under the chairmanship of the Coimbatore Mayor on Tuesday.

According to a press release issued by the Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation Commissioner, M Prathap, a public grievances day meeting will be held at the Coimbatore Corporation's main office from 11 am to 1 pm, tomorrow (23.05.2023) under the chairmanship of Coimbatore Mayor Kalpana Anandakumar.

Public in Corporation limits can submit a memorandum to the Mayor regarding basic amenities such as birth and death certificates, road facilities, electric lights, drinking water facilities, underground sewerage, professional tax, property tax, vacancy tax, new residence, name change, medical, health, education etc.

Moreover, action will be taken on these petitions by the Departmental Corporation officials. Public attending this Public Grievances Day meeting will have to wear masks, use sanitizers, maintain social distancing while submitting their memorandums.
