Three metro stations on Green Line to be closed from Monday

From Monday, three Namma Metro stations will halt operations for 10 days to allow Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation to conduct static and other tests on the north–south corridor.

The commissioning of the Green Line services between Sampige Road and Yelachanahalli stations, which the BMRCL has said will be done by next month, will complete phase I of the metro project.

These feeder services will operate between Rajajinagar and Hosahalli stations. While bus route number 401 will ply with a frequency of five minutes, route number MF 16 will ply with a frequency of five minutes from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. and from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. During non-peak hours, bus route number MF 16 will ply with a frequency of 10 minutes, a BMRCL statement said.
