Blood Donation Camp Scheduled at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University Tomorrow

A blood donation camp is to be held at the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University in Coimbatore on June 14, 2024, commemorating World Blood Donor Day. The camp will run from 9 AM to 2 PM.


Coimbatore: Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) is set to host a blood donation camp tomorrow, June 14, 2024, marking the celebration of World Blood Donor Day. The event is organized in collaboration with ESI Government Hospital, TNAU, and the 113th Student’s Union, Uthiram Club. The camp will be operational from 9 AM until 2 PM at the university premises.

Vice Chancellor Geethalakshmi will oversee the camp, with ESI Hospital Dean Ravindran also playing a pivotal role. The initiative aims to encourage the spirit of giving among the community and support local medical facilities with necessary blood supplies.
