The Coimbatore Economic Offences Wing calls on victims of Sarva Hitech Solutions Limited to file complaints at their office. The financial firm allegedly defrauded investors with promises of high returns.
Coimbatore: The Coimbatore Economic Offences Wing (EOW) has issued a press release urging victims of the Sarva Hitech Solutions Limited fraud to come forward and file complaints at their office.
The call for complaints comes after Kesavan, a resident of Duraisamy Layout in Avarampalayam, Coimbatore, filed a petition with the EOW. In his complaint, Kesavan alleged that Sarva Hitech Solutions Limited, operating from Flower Valencia apartment complex in Udayampalayam, Coimbatore, had defrauded numerous people by promising high interest rates on investments and substantial profits through various schemes.
According to the complaint, the financial firm collected investments from many individuals but failed to return the money, leaving investors, including Kesavan, in financial distress. Following the complaint, the EOW registered a case against the company and its directors - Rithuvaranan, Srihari, and Balan Narayanan. The accused have been arrested, and the investigation is ongoing.
The EOW has stated that they need to file a final report on the case with the Special Court for Protection of Investors' Interests (TANPID). Therefore, they are urging all individuals who have invested in Sarva Hitech Solutions Limited and have not received their returns to file complaints without delay.
Victims are advised to visit the Economic Offences Wing office located within the Coimbatore City Police Commissioner's campus. They should bring all relevant documents to support their claims when filing their complaints.
The EOW's proactive approach in this case demonstrates their commitment to addressing financial fraud and protecting the interests of investors in Coimbatore.
