Coimbatore - Rajasthan Special Train Service Extended

Southern Railway extends the weekly special train service between Coimbatore and Bhagat Ki Kothi (Rajasthan) until August 26, considering high passenger traffic. The train will run on Thursdays from Coimbatore and Sundays from Bhagat Ki Kothi.


Coimbatore: The Southern Railway administration has announced the extension of the special train service between Coimbatore and Rajasthan in a recent press release. The weekly special trains operating between Coimbatore and Bhagat Ki Kothi (Rajasthan) via Tiruppur, Erode, Salem, and Jolarpettai will continue their service due to high passenger traffic.

Train No. 06181 Coimbatore - Bhagat Ki Kothi weekly special train will run on Thursdays from August 1 to August 26 (9 services). This train will depart from Coimbatore Junction at 2:30 AM and reach Bhagat Ki Kothi at 11:30 AM on Saturday.

Train No. 06182 Bhagat Ki Kothi - Coimbatore special train will operate on Sundays from August 4 to August 29. It will depart from Bhagat Ki Kothi at 7:30 PM and arrive at Coimbatore at 9:30 AM on Wednesday.

The train composition includes AC 3-tier, AC 3-tier Economy, Sleeper Class, General Second Class, and Luggage-cum-Brake Van coaches.

The train will halt at Tiruppur, Erode, Salem, Jolarpettai, Katpadi, Renigunta, Kadapa, Yerraguntla, Gooty, Dhone, Kurnool City, Mahbubnagar, Kacheguda, Kamareddi, Nizamabad, Mudkhed, Nanded, Purna, Hingoli, Decan, Nandurbar, Surat, Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Bhildi, Raniwara, Marwar Bhinmal, Jalore, Mokalsar, and Samdhari.

The Southern Railway administration has urged passengers to take note of this extended service and plan their travels accordingly.
