Coimbatore: The Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) is set to conduct a two-day training program on "Preparation of Masala products, Spice products and Pickling" on September 10 and 11, 2024. The training will be held from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM each day at the Centre for Post Harvest Technology, Agricultural Engineering College & Research Institute, TNAU.
The comprehensive training will cover various processing technologies, including the preparation of masala powders, ready-to-use pastes, and an array of pickles such as mushroom, banana flower, bitter gourd, brinjal, and onion.
