Coimbatore: Coimbatore South MLA Vanathi Srinivasan has extended warm birthday wishes to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his 74th birthday. In a message shared on her Facebook page today (Sept. 17), Vanathi highlighted the Prime Minister's numerous achievements and his vision for India's future.
Vanathi noted that Modi is the first Prime Minister born in independent India and has served as a state Chief Minister for over 12 years before becoming the Prime Minister. She praised his efforts in elevating India to become the world's fifth-largest economy and his goal to make India the world's top economy by 2047, when the country celebrates its centenary of independence.
The MLA emphasized Modi's historic electoral success, pointing out that he is only the second Prime Minister after Jawaharlal Nehru to win three consecutive Lok Sabha elections. She credited him with transforming Indian politics from a "Congress vs Congress" narrative to a "BJP vs BJP" scenario.
