Kongunadu Jananayaga Katchi allies with Bharatiya Janata Party

Kongunadu Jananayaga Katchi (KJK) has struck an alliance with BJP. KJK founder G K Nagaraj told reporters in Coimbatore on Tuesday that BJP has allotted two seats for the party.

"I met union minister Pon Radhakrishnan and state BJP chief Tamilisai Sounderarajan at Chennai on Monday and signed the poll pact. We will contest in Gobichettipalayam and Komarapalayam,'' he said.

Nagaraj said Namakkal west district secretary of the party K Easwaran will contest in Komaralapalayam while state executive committee member Ganapathy will be the candidate for Gobichettipalayam constituency.
