Coimbatore is seen as a major hub for automobile spare parts and related machinery business. And, this time Coimbatore is going to host the 'Truck Dealers and Tyre Expo 2016' from 6th to 8th August at Codissia, Peelamedu. Reports state that nearly 25,000 large, medium and small-scale industries are involved in this sector.
The event will be graced by Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Selvi J. Jayalalitha and Mr. Nitin Gadkari, Minister of Road Transport and Highways.
Nowadays, Road transport is one of the important means of transport. So this event will be extremely useful to all new and existing industrial organisations, enabling them to strengthen their existing set ups and technology. It will also aid in creating awareness about the state of art technologies available in their field. The dealers have a great opportunity to exhibit their new products and enhance their customer care services.
Totally 80 stalls are expected in the exhibition. Nearly 5 to 6 stalls are booked by foreign companies and 15 stalls from Punjab. The popular companies who will be participating in the exhibition are Apollo, Ceat, and Michellene tyre company.
The exhibition will be opened from 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM. The brochure for the expo was released today at The Rathna Regent Hotel, Avinashi Road by Mr. Kalia Perumal, President of the Lorry Owner's Association. He also stated that it is one of its kind expo this year and will be conducted by Media Day Marketing Company, Banglore.
The organising committee expects around 20,000 to 30,000 viewers.
