A chain snatching incident was reported today at Ganapathy, Maa Nagar.
Mrs. Sampoornam aged 58 , a retired anganwadi staff along her husband Natarajan were on the way home after getting down at the bus stand. A biker in lightning speed snatched her 2 sovereign chain and fled from the scene. The couple have filed acase at Sarvanampatti police station and the investigation is on.
