A truck carrying Rs 1500 crore cash stranded at Aravakurichi in Karur district of Tamil Nadu following a technical snag.
The truck was on its way to Thiruvananthapuram from Mysuru. Villages flocked the area after news about the cash on board the truck spread to nearby areas.
The cash belonged to the Reserve Bank od India and central forces were present to provide security for the truck.
