Shikha Bagaria, Kanika Khanna and Prema Goenka alias foodies are the pillars behind the success of this new initiative. They narrate the origin of 'Gourmet Bazaar' very sweetly 'It's our love for food'!
The success of the Gourmet Bazaar is about the unique participants, some are professional chefs while some are homemakers with great ardour for food. Most of the delicacies are custom made for the event, which can't be spotted in the regular menu cards of the restaurants.
The diverse spread of food starts from desserts to pickles, mocktails to organic juices and also some extraordinary handicrafts & Novelties, table decors all with a touch of class, makes the event complete.

The low-carb Kitchen by Harshini caught the attention of food lovers as it was a fusion of taste & health. The array of some unique desserts displayed at their counter was made using brown sugar, brown rice and millets still with an uncompromising and astounding taste.

Another highlight stall was the Zentangle art by Priya. 'An art form that can stimulate creativity and meditation say Priya and the bazaar are the perfect platforms to reach peoples' she asserted.
The World class Artisanal Cheese by Caroselle Dairy Products displayed some exotic varieties of cheese, absolutely natural with nil preservatives or emulsifiers.
Cotton candies, Cartoon cupcakes and the lovely spread of kitty pasta, burgers, pizzas were very inviting and surely will lure the children.

It's just not for the sweet-tooth, the bazaar has a fusion of other stalls like Udupi recipes, Millet biryani & Savouries from the low-carb Kitchen, Traditional homemade Pickles, Organic Millet recipes, Organic Skincare products, stalls, the trail goes on.
After having a big tour of all the stalls, all we could say is 'Food is art'!
