An explosion in Herat City claimed the life of one civilian and injured five others, including a police force member, today morning.
According to the Herat police officials, the incident took place in Minarets road in Herat this morning around 10 pm.
The explosives used in the attack were placed in a hand cart, officials confirmed.
Two out of the five injured are in a critical condition, Public Herat Directorate of Herat said.
