Parasailing event starts from today at Coimbatore Medical College grounds


The Coimbatore Medical College (CMC) and Indian Aero Sports Science, today jointly organised a Parasailing event at the CMC. 

The event was to commemorate the golden jubilee celebration of the Coimbatore Medical College. 



Former City Commissioner Dr. C.Sailendra Babu inaugurated the adventurous event and addressed the participants. He stated that 'Parasailing is a great sport which will help to allay the fear factor in the students.

College students from various educational institutions enthusiastically participated in the event. K.J. Rajesh Coordinator of the club assured that all requisite cautionary protocols have been duly considered to ensure the safety of the participants. 



Students above 12 years of age can participate in the parasailing event.



On 7th August (Sunday), the public can also participate in the event which is scheduled to be held at Codissia Grounds.
