Flat buyers allege TVH group for delayed possession

Hundreds of buyers thronged the construction site of TVH 'Ekanta' at Trichy Road, alleging the builder for not handing-over their flats at the stipulated time.

The buyers alleged that TVH has been inordinately delaying the construction even after collecting the payments mostly in full from the buyers. Since the commencement of the project in 2009, the snail pace work at the construction site has been of great concern to the buyers. The buyers have been running around the developer's office after they missed several deadlines for the handover of apartments.

Anbalagan, a buyer reported that 'Close to 800 people have invested in the project. Only 160 people have been allotted with homes and that to in a uncompleted & shoddy state. We have paid 40- 50 lakhs of money, so far. Even after repeated inquiries, the Chairman of TVH, has not responded', he said.
