This evening, thousands of members of the All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK) participated in a holy procession. Participants carried Paal Kudam (Milk Pots) and Kaavadi. All this we are told is has been initiated for the CMs speedy recovery.
The procession was flagged off from the Karupparayan Kovil in Vadavalli and concluded at Maruthamalai in our city. Several heads of the AIADMK party participated in this holy procession. The Coimbatore district Mayor, Ganapathi P.Raj Kumar of the AIADMK party too participated.
