India’s largest puzzle parking system ready in Coimbatore

Sieger has executed India's largest integrated Puzzle Parking system at a leading hospital in the city. 370 cars can be parked at the parking space now. Previously, it could hold only 70 cars, door to door and bumper to bumper.

Seiger’s Managing Director, G. Radhakrishnan told reporters here today that the first-of-its-kind project in India was developed at G.K.N.M Hospital, at Rs.13 crores, and will become functional form March 10.

Radhakrishnan informed that the company has already executed a basement car parking at a textile complex in Coimbatore and will soon take up two big projects in Chennai and some in Salem and Erode.

The G.K.N.M Hospital project was completed in six months, he said, with technical inputs from Australia-based Hercules Parking. There are nearly 50,000 slots available in India, which is growing at a rate of 30 percent. The company, he said, is aiming at capturing at least 3,000 to 4,000 parking slots to construct such parking project in three years, with an investment of Rs.50 crores.
