Chief Guest Dr. A. Karuppasamy in his special address “Students must strictly avoid mugging up the subjects, instead should thoroughly understand the concept of the subjects dealt with and develop their knowledge. Mere passing in matriculation and higher secondary exams is not enough, students must aim in passing with high scores to pursue higher studies of their choice. This will ensure that they get enrolled in a reputed college to pursue their higher education.

Also, when students do well, the teachers and the respective school must also be brought to limelight and appreciated. In this function, it is heart-warming that teachers too are being felicitated. I am happy to be a part of this programme. This effort of formally felicitating the teachers should continue every academic year.”
