The Indian Air Force (IAF) exhibition vehicle that has travelling through the nation to educate and encourage students to take up Air force as a career opportunity, was stationed here, at the GD Naidu museum. Students of the GD Matriculation School visited the exhibition vehicle and learned the insights of our Indian Air Force.

The students also gained a first-hand experience of the pilots, adventures, various armament and career opportunities in IAF were displayed in the vehicle.
Talking to SimpliCity, Wing Commander AMJ Joseph, Indian Air Force, Delhi stated that “We have brought an exhibition vehicle from Delhi to create awareness about Indian Air Force among students. This exhibition is aimed at creating awareness about Indian Air Force among students from more than 500 schools and colleges across India.
The vehicle has now come to Coimbatore after visiting Jaipur, Gujarat, Pune, Bengaluru. Earlier, the vehicle was stationed at the Amrita University and Hindusthan College, Coimbatore. Information on career options with the in Indian Air Force has been displayed in the vehicle. Various weapons and technologies used in Indian Air Force is also part of the display. The students can widen their knowledge and this will encourage students to opt for a career with the Indian Air Force.”
