Young Indians to host 'Blitz' - Youth conclave in Coimbatore.

"Coimbatore is a mini India. This city is always known for its spirit of entrepreneurship and leadership. Leadership without energy is like a Ferrari sans fuel. 'Blitz' - Yi Youth Conclave is a platform for young energetic souls who shape our tomorrow to converge under one roof. 

A fusion of sports activities, exclusive gala dinners, learning journeys, a conference with a great line-up of speakers from business, sports, industry, media, politics and entrepreneurship, science and technology, innovation, diversity and social purpose. will be hosted during this conclave which is scheduled between 16th to 18th December, 2016” said Shankar Vanavarayar, Past National Chairman, Young Indians (Yi).



The Yi Chapters of Salem, Erode, Tiruppur and Coimbatore will be jointly hosting the 28th Yi Youth Conclave- 'Blitz' which is scheduled to take place between 16th to 18th December. This is the second time the Young Indians (Yi), an integral part of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), is hosting this conclave in Coimbatore. 

Close to 500 delegates from across the country are expected to participate in this conclave. On, day one this conclave will indulge the participants in games and sporting activities. Day two will put participants through a series of entrepreneurship expedition where participants will pay a visit to one of the leading entrepreneurship establishments and the second half of the second day will have experts from across the nation address keynotes sessions on 'entrepreneurship and leadership'. Finally, day three will showcase art, culture and heritage of our city.

Young Indians (Yi) has approximately 12 thousand members across 40 chapters in 27 states in India. Senior Office bearers of Yi and CII were present during this meet.
