'Unconvinced' of the death news, family demands due compensation from hospital.

About three years ago, Kumar from Ondipudur experienced a clot in his head. A surgery was performed on him at the Department of Neurology at the Kovai Medical Center and Hospital (KMCH). A couple of days ago, Kumar experienced vision trouble. He got himself checked at a private eye hospital. The doctors at this hospital asked Kumar to re-visit KMCH for treatment.

This patient was re-admitted to KMCH and a surgery was performed on him last Wednesday. The PRO from this hospital shares that Kumar’s family was aware of the risk involved in the surgery.  A Source from the hospital has reported that, 'Kumar did not follow the instructions of the doctors, post his first surgery. While he came back to the hospital for the problem recently, he and his family were well-explained of the risk involved in the surgery'.

This noon, Kumar breathed his last. Following his death, his family and relatives created a road rook outside this hospital. The family demanded an explanation about the cause of his death. Police men pacified the crowd.

Kumar is survived by his wife and two sons.
