Applications invited for the post of chef at School for the visually impaired at Thondamuthur.


Coimbatore Collector, T.N. Hariharan has invited applications for two posts of chef’s that are reportedly vacant at the Tamil Nadu Government’s Special School for the visually impaired at Thondamuthur.

Specially blessed women, those who are unable to hear, those who come under MBC category and non-Muslims under the age of 30 are eligible to apply for the two posts. In case of Adidravidar applicant, the age limit is 35 and for Most Backward Caste (MBC’s) and Scheduled Castes (SCs) applicants, the age limit is 32. An age relaxation will also be given to widows and specially blessed persons.

The applicant should be able to read and write. The salary for selected candidates for the above job will be between rupees 4,800 to 10,000 and an allowance of rupees 1,300 will be also be provided. Applications for this post should be sent through registered post addressed to the headmaster, Government School for Visually Impaired, Uliyampalayam, Thondamuthur, Coimbatore -641109. The last date for receiving the application has been extended to 10.12.2016.
