Trains that originate from Chennai are not on track owing to Cyclone Vardah. The Southern Railways has cancelled the following trains:
12679 Chennai Central- Coimbatore Intercity Express
12695 Chennai Central- Trivandrum Express
12685 Chennai Central- Mangalore Express
22637 West Coast Express
The railway authorities have also informed that there will be delays in running of trains that pass through Chennai and adjoining areas that have been impacted by Cyclone Vardah.
