Estee Lauder, World fame cosmetics producing company dealing in makeup, skincare products and fragrances in association with Coimbatore chapter of FICCI ladies organization had organised an event for women to discover makeup, skincare and fragrances for the December festival season.
The event was held at the Tango Hall of Taj Viivanta in Coimbatore. Mrs. Jaya Mahesh, Mrs. India Earth 2016 inaugurated the event. During this session, Women will be provided skincare treatments and makeup at free of cost at the venue.
Devika Ramesh, Chairperson of the Coimbatore chapter of the FICCI ladies organization when speaking to SimpliCity said, “FICCI is a pan India organization and the Coimbatore chapter of the FICCI ladies organization will celebrate its silver jubilee in the month of March 2017. FICCI focuses on empowering women at corporate, middle and grass root level.
“Through our continued events and sessions we aim at empowering women of all strata of the society. And, this particular event is aimed at women who are engaged in Corporate sector.
In today’s demanding corporate environment scenario a women needs to present herself really well-groomed. Looking presentable, charming and carrying themselves with befitting clothes counts a lot for the women in corporate sector. It not only enhances their looks, it boosts them with confidence and present themselves with more confidence.
When questioned, if beauty is just sufficient for achieving and proving in the corporate sector, she said “Beauty is as equally important as brains. In today’s session, we are educating about the day to day makeup. In an hour, close to 50 women have got themselves groomed, we expect around 200 women to participate in the session by the end of the day.
Majula Maheshwar brand consultant for Estee Lauder said that, “The theme for the event is ‘Makeup revolution born from colour’. Every Indian has become very conscious about makeup, colours in makeup, skin care, fashion trends and new looks.
In today’s session, we are concentrating primarily on skincare particularly night ritual. Everybody think and give importance to makeup only during the day hours. Mostly, people are unaware of the night regime that needs to be followed for a prolonged healthy skin.
Prior, to going to bed, the make-up should be wholly remobved from the face. Estee Lauder is providing advanced night repair skincare solutions.” she said.
When asked how women can allocate time for makeup in today’s busy schedule she said, “We have a 3 minutes beauty service in which we teach how to use one product in three different ways. Looking good gives you confidence and makes you happy and if you are happy that is reflected in your face. Anyone can walk in and have their makeup done at free of cost. The event will be open up to 6pm.” she said.
