Close to 22 temporary booths will be set at all important junctures in the city to seize unruly motorists.
Strict action and fine will be leived upon those who indulge in driving under the influence of alcohol and for unruly drivers.
In the name of celebration, people should not provoke or cause nuisance to others instead should celebrate with responsibility'.
