Panel Discussion on the theme “Globally Relevant and Competitive Education Systems and institutions” was hosted today at Dr. SNS Rajalakshmi College of Arts and Science. This panel discussion served as a platform to share knowledge and experience in developing higher educational institutions with international outlook and global impact, providing world class teaching and development towards academic excellence. Principals from reputed Autonomous Colleges in Coimbatore were panellists and discussed the various themes. About 150 teachers, heads of the department, deans and directors participated in this event and presented their views.

Dr. P. Thirunavukkarasu, Principal of RVS college of Arts and Science was the moderator for all the panel discussions. Dr. K. Sundararaman, CEO of Sri Krishna Institutions (Autonomous) was panellist for sub-theme Institutional Recognition and Student Enrolment. Dr. R. Rajendran, Principal, PSG College of Arts and Science, was panellist for sub-theme teaching and learning, Dr. N. Rajkumar, Principal, VLB Janakiammal College of Arts and Science was panellist for sub-theme Employability and Entrepreneurship, Dr. K. Karunakaran Principal, SNR Sons College, was panellist for sub-theme Innovation in Higher Education and Dr. S. Nirmala, Principal, PSGR Krishnammal College for Women was panellist for sub-theme Research, Consultancy and Extension.
