Popular Front of India members host special prayers for rain

Tamil Nadu is facing a drought situation due to the failure of monsoons. This has led to an increase in suicides among farmers of this region. Farmers are protesting demanding the announcement of Tamil Nadu as a drought-hit state. Drinking water supply frequency has been reduced in several parts of our state.



In a situation like this, only prayers can help the people of this state and people are hoping against hope that their prayers for the rains are answered. Mass prayers are being hosted at various places for change in drought situation. In Coimbatore, Popular Front of India members hosted a special prayer at the Vincent Road in Kottaimedu today. About 200 members of Muslim community participated and prayed for the rains.
