Coimbatore: 41 students from Coimbatore selected for the Science Innovation Award.
The Science Book Exhibition is held on behalf of the Tamil Nadu Science and Technology Center where students with best displays are selected for the award. It is to be noted that 41 students have been shortlisted for the award at this year's online innovation exhibition. 41 people have been nominated for the state-wide Science Innovation Award from Coimbatore.
On behalf of the Tamil Nadu Science and Technology Center, an annual Science Innovation Exhibition is held for school children. For two years the exhibition was held at the district level alone and no state or national exhibition announcement has been made. In 2018-19 and 2019-2020, a state-wide competition was held online for the winners of the district-level exhibition. Of these, 41 students from Coimbatore have been selected for the state-wide competition which had more than 300 works on display.
