Two-day passport mela will help applicants apply for passports at ease.


The Coimbatore regional passport office is hosting a two-day passport mela on 4th and 5th February, 2017.

Public from Coimbatore, Salem, Erode, Namakkal, Tirpur and Nilgiris are expected to participate in this mela that will be hosted at the Passport Seva Kendra office, 25 AGT Business Park (Near Lotus Eye Hospital).

The applications for issue of ordinary international passport will only be accepted at the mela. Applicants who have already registered online can take an appointment on either of the two days and present themselves at the passport seva kendra on the scheduled time.

No walk-in applications will be entertained. Hence, applicants are requested to get prior appointments by contacting the office on January 25th on wards. Applications for Tatkal passports and police clearance certificates will not be processed during this mela.
