North Indians from Coimbatore meet Sasikala, express support and request her to become Chief Minister


Several representatives of the North Indians community who live in Coimbatore led by Shravan Bhora met the All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK) General Secretary, Sasikala at the Poes garden residence, Chennai.

This meeting was made possible by S. P. Velumani, cabinet minister for Municipal Administration, Rural Development, Corporations, Panchayats and Panchayat Unions, Poverty Alleviation Programmes, Rural Indebtedness, Urban and Rural Water Supply (TWAD) and Implementation of Special Programme.

District secretary of AIADMK party introduced the North Indian guests from Coimbatore to Sasikala. The representatives conveyed their wishes and also put-forth their request to the AIADMK, General Secretary to become Chief Minister. They also affirmed their support to the party led by Sasikala who is better known as 'chinnamma'. G .Shravan Bohra requested 'chinnamma' to form a new wing for North Indians.
