Students throng 'Antique Numismatics Exhibition' held at Govt. School in Tirupur

Students and parents participated in the Indian and foreign 'Antique Numismatics Exhibition' at the Corporation Primary School at Pandian Nagar in Tirupur and enthusiastically inspected the coins.


Tiruppur: An exhibition of Indian and foreign coins was held at the Corporation Primary School at Pandian Nagar in Tirupur district.



The exhibition showcased all kinds of coins including one anna, half anna, one paise, two paise, three paise, five paise and all special coins issued by the Government of India.



Foreign currencies and dollars such as Sri Lanka, Japan, Nepal and Indonesia were also on display, along with 500 coins and more than 100 old currency notes.



Students and parents participated in the exhibition organized by the school teachers and enthusiastically visited the coins.
