Coimbatore: To mark the International Transgender Day of Remembrance on November 20, the Rotaract Club of Coimbatore Majestic - one of the oldest Clubs in Coimbatore with 30 years of legacy, donated two sewing machines to the transgender community on November 21 in Kottamedu, Coimbatore, funded by their Parent Rotary - Rotary Club of Coimbatore Midtown.

President of the Club, Rtr. Sethupathi headed the event along with members Rtr. Swathi and Rtr. Prithivee. Team Majestic has been known for its support to the community by conducting various events like food donation drives, sponsoring school bags to child care Institutions as well as recognising social workers.
