TNPSC Group 2 exams held at 14 centers in Coimbatore

4 government-administered, 9 private organizations and 1 aided centre hosted up to 2520 aspirants for the exams.


TNPSC (Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission) Group 2 exams were conducted across all districts of Tamil Nadu.

Accordingly, 14 centres were allotted in Coimbatore District that is inclusive of 4 government-administered, 9 private organizations and 1 aided centre summing up to 2520 strength allocation for both forenoon and afternoon sessions.

According to sources in a total of 2520 allocation, 2310 candidates appeared with 210 absentees in the forenoon, a total of 89.11% attendance. Followed by 2352 candidates with 167 absentees in the afternoon session, totalling 93.82% attendance.

However, matters regarding the late commencement of exams and confirmation procedures were reported across various centres in the state.
