Karunya University has carried out illegal construction of buildings, obstruction of water bodies, agricultural lands being converted into buildings and complexes affecting the livelihood of tribal people, a legal probe will be conducted by BJP, H. Raja said.
'People in Tamil Nadu need not worry about the Hydrocarbon project that is proposed to be set in 31 places. A comprehensive study will be carried out to understand the feasibility and the drawbacks of the project and that BJP government will never indulge in activities that is against people's welfare' he said.
He remarked that the political situation in Tamil Nadu has always been family-based and that both DMK and AIADMK are conducting family-based politics which is against the democracy. The present government lead by CM, Edappadi Palamisami should pay focus on the pressing issues in Tamil Nadu like spread of swine flu, atrocities staged against women. And, importantly Chief Minister should take decisions keeping in mind welfare of the people and practice to be unbiased' H. Raja said.
