An elderly man was lying helpless for the past nine days at palladam bus stand in Tirupur district, unable to walk.
Meanwhile, bjp's district vice-president ramesh and district youth wing president Dinesh questioned the elderly man and it was revealed that he was Zakir Hussain from Chennai.
He also said that his relatives had left him at Palladam and had been suffering from ill health for nine days and had no one to help him.
In this situation, two BJP functionaries shaved the old man's face, showered him, dressed him in new clothes, and fed him.
