Coimbatore Corporation Commissioner Prathap has announced that the public can participate in the public grievances day meeting to be held at the main office of coimbatore corporation at 11 am tomorrow under the chairmanship of mayor Kalpana Anandakumar.
Coimbatore: Coimbatore Municipal Corporation Commissioner Prathap has announced that a public grievances day meeting will be held tomorrow (April 25) under the chairmanship of Mayor Kalpana Anandakumar.
In a statement, Municipal Corporation Commissioner Pratap said:
A public grievances day meeting will be held at the main office of Coimbatore Corporation from 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. tomorrow (25.04.2023) under the chairmanship of Mayor Kalpana Anandakumar.
The general public in the corporation limits can submit a memorandum to the Mayor on basic amenities such as birth and death certificates, road facilities, electric lights, drinking water facilities, underground sewerage, profession tax, property tax, vacancy tax, new water connection, name change, medical, health, education etc.
Moreover, immediate action will be taken on these petitions by the departmental corporation officials. Therefore, the public who come to this public grievances day meeting can benefit by wearing masks, using disinfectant, maintaining social distancing and submitting their petitions.
