Youth died in two-wheeler accident in Coimbatore

Nageswaran, a native of Nagapattinam, died on the spot when his two-wheeler lost control and crashed into a neem tree on the Sathi Road in Coimbatore. The Kovilpalayam police have registered a case and are investigating the matter.


Coimbatore: Mahendran hails from Kamala Street in Nagapattinam district. He is survived by his son Nageswaran (32).

He is staying in Lakshmi Nagar area of Kovilpalayam in Coimbatore and is working in a private company.

In this case, Nageswaran was riding his two-wheeler from Kovilpalayam to Kurumbapalayam on the Sathyamangalam route around midnight last night.

The two-wheeler lost control and crashed into a neem tree on the side of the road near a private marriage hall near Kurumbapalayam. Nageswaran died on the spot.

The Kovilpalayam police recovered nageswaran's body and sent it to coimbatore government hospital for post-mortem. A case has been registered in connection with the accident and an investigation is proceeding.
