Innovative Beginnings: Federation for Apartment Associations Formed in Coimbatore, Tamilnadu

The Federation of Coimbatore Apartment Associations recently held its first meeting at Cyprus Oaks Apartment, having just obtained its registration from the Registrar Societies of Coimbatore. This event marks a significant milestone for the organization, as it is the first step in forming an alliance of apartment associations in the Coimbatore area.


Coimbatore: On 02 May 2023, a historic milestone was achieved in Tamilnadu as the Federation for Apartment Associations was formed in Coimbatore, with over 50 apartments already becoming members.

The main purpose of the Federation is to take up common issues faced by the apartments and to ensure that they are adequately addressed.

This is the first time in Tamilnadu that such a Federation has been formed and it is expected to benefit all apartment associations in the region.

The Federation of Coimbatore Apartment Associations held its first meeting at Cyprus Oaks Apartment after it got registration from Registrar Societies, Coimbatore.

The Federation was formed to represent and protect the interest of the Apartments across Coimbatore. More than 50 Apartments in Coimbatore have enrolled as its members. The Federation will take up common issues related to Apartments in the City with the Government, Judicial and Quasi Judicial Authorities. The Federation also will facilitate sharing the best practices among its members and planning to form subcommittees to educate the Apartment communities on Environment, Health, Safety, Water conservation etc. Those Apartments who want to enroll as members may contact the phone number 9003824981 or
