The public presented 48 memorandums to Mayor Kalpana Anandakumar at the Public Grievances Day meeting held today (06.06.2023) at the Main Office of Coimbatore Corporation. After receiving the petitions, the Mayor directed the concerned authorities to take appropriate action.

Coimbatore Mayor Kalpana Anandakumar presided over the public grievances day meeting conducted today (06.06.2023) at the Coimbatore Corporation's main office.

The meeting was attended by Corporation Commissioner Prathap, Deputy Mayor Vetriselvan, and Deputy Commissioner Sivakumar.

During the meeting, 48 petitions were presented to the Mayor, including various demands on basic amenities including birth and death certificates, road facility, electric lights, drinking water facility, underground sewerage, industrial tax, property tax, vacancy tax, new water connection, name change, medical, health and education.

Mayor Kalpana Anandakumar, who received the memorandums, directed the concerned zonal assistant commissioners, engineers and officials to take immediate appropriate action on the petitions.
