Health Minister Ma Subramaniam stated 2000 New Appointments Including Doctors and Pharmacists will be Announced by CM

Health Minister Ma Subramanian inaugurated the inpatient ward at the Coimbatore Government Hospital and the State Training Center for Poison Decomposition. Following the inaugural, he addressed the media to announce a cardiovascular medicine distribution event to prevent death from heart attacks, which will be carried out in Coimbatore's Madukkarai Malumichampatti village with an allotted fund of 3 crores 37 lakhs.



Coimbatore: On Tuesday, Health Minister Ma Subramanian inaugurated the inpatient ward and the State Training Centre for emergency Poison treatment at the Coimbatore Government Hospital.



Following the inaugural, he addressed the media and said, "To prevent death from heart attacks, a cardiovascular medicine distribution event is being carried out in Coimbatore. This project is being initiated in Madukkarai Malumichampatti village with a fund allotment of 3 crores 37 lakhs."

He mentioned that People suffering from snake bites and dog bites are treated at the primary health centre. 



At Coimbatore Government Hospital, a state-level centre, up to 30,000 nurses are being educated in poison control.

"Approximately 8713 Sub-Health Centres, 2206 Primary Health Centres, and Urban Health Centres will be stocked with Cardio protection medicine," the minister stated. He mentioned that People suffering from snake bites and dog bites are treated at the primary health centre.

He emphasised that until two years ago, drugs were exclusively available in local government hospitals, district head governments, and medical college hospitals. Presently 2286 centres including primary health centres and urban primary health centres have a stock of anti-snake and dog-bite medicines.

In Coimbatore, a paid treatment room with 26 rooms has opened. The financial statement indicated the establishment of a paid ward at Salem-Coimbatore, classified as super deluxe, deluxe, and normal wards, with a Help Desk for the same is evolving. Four Help Desk vans are stationed at Coimbatore Government Hospital.



The prices are Rs 1,000 for a standard ward, Rs 2,000 for a deluxe ward, and Rs 3,000 for a super deluxe ward.

In Tamil Nadu, the Chief Minister has initiated urban welfare centres divided into municipal corporations. It was decided to start 708 centres and 500 centres were built in one year. The Chief Minister has decided to open 65 centres in Coimbatore and 49 centres have been opened. The number of Government General Hospitals increased from 18 to 25 in the last two years.

He notified that Coimbatore is a major beneficiary of the Chief Minister's Insurance Scheme. In case of any complaints about the insurance plan, it was urged that they inform them of the action that will be taken.
