Pet Carnival and Cat Show will be held on 8th, 9th of July 2023 at the Hindustan College grounds in Coimbatore

Pet Carnival is an exciting two-day event for pet lovers, featuring all kinds of domestic animals from dogs and cats to horses, cows, bulls, birds, aquaculture and nursery products. The carnival will be full of activities such as fashion shows for dogs and cats, magic shows, and obedience shows hosted by dog professionals.



Coimbatore: Pet Carnival is a two day carnival of all pets/domestic animals like Dogs, Cats, Horses, Cows, Bulls, Birds, Aquaculture and nursery products.

Dogs and cats fashion shows, magic shows, obedience shows by dog professionals will be held on both days. Free pass entries for school students have been distributed. India’s Costliest dog display, veteran dogs display, free fish for students, free mehandi and tattoo, exotic birds and reptiles show, food counters, drawing competition for kids, and separate play zone for pets and kids are highlights of the two day carnival.



CAT SHOW will be judged by International Cat Club of India judges and organised by Coimbatore Cattery Club. The highlight of this show will include microchipping/breed certification, trophies, certificates, and medals for all participants, free vaccination, and free gift hampers.



International Cat Judges Dr. Pradeep from Bangalore, Sudhakar Katikineni and Anne Carroll would be judging the cats. Professional and non professional breeders, Pet Champions, Pet Behaviorists and Groomers, existing Pet Lovers and new potential pet lovers can participate in this show. Eligible cats to participate in this competition are cats of Indian origin, Persian cats, Long Hair cats (Traditional Long Hair) and Exotic Variety (EXOTIC BREED-Mainecoon, Bengal, British Short Hair). Cats under 2 months of age. pregnant cats and queen cats in labor are not eligible for this competition.

Satish owns a dog shop Kadapoms Kennels in Bengaluru, Karnataka. He is also the President of the Indian Dog Breeders Association. He owns a 'Caucasian Shepherd' breed dog worth Rs 20 crore. He has named the one-and-a-half-year-old dog 'Kadabom Hyder' and has reserved a separate air-conditioned room for the dog in his house. He is participating in this show with his dog.

Shemeeks K9 Academy is presenting their four-time national winner in KCI obedience, India's first female dual champion, and their best horse, which has won many Indian championship awards. TN Govt. Fisheries department is showcasing their products.

Inde Pet Animals Welfare Society (iPAWS) is the first recognized independent registry for all pet animals in Tamil Nadu, India. iPAWS has planned to conduct a Pet carnival fest in various tier two cities across Kerala and Tamilnadu. Our aim is to provide a platform for all the pet breeders, pet Parents and Pet lovers in Tamilnadu /Kerala to showcase their pets and promote their breeding programmes.

Our mission is to encourage our members to be responsible owners, caretakers, and breeders of pets and to promote the preservation of pets to improve the health and welfare of all domestic pets in Tamilnadu/Kerala through education, research, and advocacy. We would be assisting in the registration of all pets as per the new announcement of the Government.
