Vanathi Srinivasan leaves for Sabarimala after tying irumudi

Sabarimala Ayyappa temple will be opened at 5.30 pm today for aadi monthly pooja. The Namboodiris will open the door and light a lamp and perform deeparadhana. The devotees will then be allowed to enter sannidhanam through the 18th step for swami darshan.



Coimbatore: BJP national women's wing chief Vanathi Srinivasan MLA wore a garland, tied irumudi and travelled to Sabarimala.



Sabarimala Swamy Ayyappa Temple in Kerala is a world famous place. Every year, lakhs of devotees visit Sabarimala to have darshan of the Lord.

BJP national women's wing leader Vanathi Srinivasan, who is an MLA, went on a fast, garlanded the Ayyappa temple in Vadakkovil in Coimbatore today to offer prayers to Lord Ayyappa.



She is accompanied by 10 people, including boys and girls, on their way to Sabarimala.
