Tirupur West district president Singaravelu, district district organisation secretary Manoharan, district vice-president Valavadi Palanisamy, Vanniyar Sangam district secretary Minnal Senthil, Gudimangalam union media council secretary Mahendravarman, District Deputy Secretary Nagaraj Deputy Secretary Nagaraj, District Media Council Secretary Kanagaraj Udumalai Town Secretary Prabhakaran and more than 50 people participated.
Slogans were raised condemning the Tamil Nadu government during the protest.
