'Everything is over', says MLA Vanathi Srinivasan regarding BJP-AIADMK alliance

Asked about V P Duraisamy's remarks on the AIADMK alliance, MLA Vanathi Srinivasan said at the Coimbatore airport that everything was over.


Coimbatore: The Finance Minister has instructed the officials about the absence of Tamil language in the SIDBI Bank inscription in Coimbatore, MLA Vanathi Srinivasan said.

Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman left for Delhi today after completing various programmes in Coimbatore. She was received at the airport by BJP workers.

BJP National Women's Wing president Vanathi Srinivasan was also present on the occasion and welcomed Nirmala Sitharaman.



Speaking to reporters at the airport later, BJP national women's wing president Vanathi Srinivasan said, Loans worth Rs 3,749 crore were disbursed to one lakh bank accounts yesterday.

Loans have been disbursed under various schemes such as Mudra Yojana and Start-up India Scheme. This loan scheme will support the rapid development of Coimbatore.

This is the first time in Tamil Nadu that this mega loan disbursement event has been held. In yesterday's incident, one person said that he did not get a loan. His request was also heard.

AIADMK legislators Pollachi Jayaraman, Amal Kandasamy and A K Selvaraj met the finance minister for constituency issues. Everyone was invited because it was a government event.

It is not known whether a meeting of divisional in-charges was held in Chennai yesterday. Divisional presidents can hold a meeting without the state president. When asked about V P Duraisamy's remarks on the AIADMK alliance, Vanathi Srinivasan replied that everything was over.
