Tamil Nadu Agricultural University to Conduct Sweets Making Training

Tamil Nadu Agricultural University to offer a training program on January 4th and 5th on making confectionery items, including various sweets and bakery products.


Coimbatore: A training program on making confectionery items like bread, cakes, biscuits, chocolates, peanut and sugar sweets will be held at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University on January 4th and 5th. Participants interested in the training can register on the first day by paying a fee of Rs. 1,770. The training, conducted at the Agricultural Engineering College, Research Station, and Post-Harvest Technology Centre of the university, will run from 9:30 AM to 5 PM.
