Coimbatore: The "Ar-Rahman Academy", a new educational landmark, was inaugurated in the Karumbukadai area of Coimbatore on January 5th. This initiative, undertaken by the "Uthavum Ullangal" Public Charitable Trust, aims to provide free education to underprivileged students. Distinguished guests included Coimbatore South Assistant Commissioner of Police, Law & Order, Ragupathi Raja, and local council members E. Ahmad Kabir and Alima Raja Usain. The Assistant Commissioner delivered a keynote speech emphasizing the importance of disciplined education. Abdul Hakeem, the founder of the Trust, outlined the academy's offerings including free tuition, spoken English classes, computer training, guidance for government exams, and career counseling. The inauguration was attended by the Trust's administrators, students' parents, and the general public, marking a significant step towards educational empowerment in the region.
